e-Tshwane online meter reading cycle

Their e-Tshwane website (https://www.e-tshwane.co.za/eTshwane/): User portal has reference. For entering meter reading cycles: the chart states that it goes from 07 Jun to 13 Jun 2020 for my particular region, yet they don't accept any on the 12th of Jun 2020. Looks like the guys that developed and sold them the software, don't know how calendars work or has configured it to work on New Zealand (GMT+12) Timezone.
