e-Tshwane flop

I have been attempting to get a clearance certificate for 5 months from the city of Tshwane. The feedback I receive range from not enough authorised people to sign for certificates, when Journals are updated e-Tshwane is offline. Interesting how they can send demands to pay utility bills but from their side the service is non-existent. Call centre operators do not have updated information on their systems and authorised people are hardly ever at the office or run home due to Covid issues. Cannot register property I sold due to poor service and inconsistent electronic information
