Dustbins go missing week after week - Goverment employees dont give a damn!

What is going on with the refuse removal guys? Are they just lazy most of the time and getting paid our money for a job not done half the time. On the 14/02/18, our dustbin was just left like that on the side of the road with the dustbin lid missing. What do they do with the bins or the lids. Both the neighbours that are on either side of us have had their dustbins gone missing in this year already. My account number is ********** 015. The neighbourhood is complaining that the bins get emptied on the opposite side of our road but half the time the bins on our side is not even emptied andwe have to then keep waiting and hoping it will be emptied in the next week. Please have this matter solved urgently. Regards.
