Dustbin Replacement by City Council a Disgrace<br> <br> In March 2014 I had contacted Environmental Management Department: Waste Management of the City of Tshwane for the first time to request the replacement of my domestic refuse bin after the contractors of the municipality has broken the lid off my bin. I had sent 7 e-mails to them, had phoned various times and had received 3 acknowledgements of the reception of my e-mails. The e-mails were sent to customer services, to Waste Management and the supervisor of Waste Management Department. It is more than a year later and nothing has happened up to now. I can't do otherwise as describing this service by the Environmental Management Department: Waste Management of the City of Tshwane as a disgrace to the community.<br> <br> Gert van Rensburg<br> Municipal *** / *** <br>
