driving lisence renewal

i' ve sent below email to tshwane on the 18th of August 2015 and did some follow ups after that and their response was that they will reply within 48hrs or if its urgent contact their customer careline, which cuts off after pressing the licencing department we cannot get hold of them.<br> <br> <br> Good day<br> <br> <br> <br> I'm having a problem receiving my my drivers licence after the renewal on 02/06/2015, and even now when i contact your offices they are telling me that it is available but not ready for collection, I've been waiting for more than 2 months now and still they are telling me it is not ready.<br> <br> <br> <br> can someone please tell me what is going as i cant wait any longer, from what i know of drivers licence used to take only 6 weeks, when am i going to get my licence?<br> <br> <br> <br> your prompt response will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> <br> <br> ID:*** contact number ***<br> <br>
