Dream job from hell , municipality of tshwane

Every year family members must go through the striking drama and trauma of being treatened ,forced out of the office, victimised and abused by managers , in centurion offices .the municipality does not even care on how staff are gandling these traumas no assistance is offered to assist mentally. There is no safe work environment at all !the whole work system is a loophole.staff are forced to be a member of the 2 unions which attacks staff every year , what kind of company allows that and creates staff that are 365 days a year of being scared to go to work to be victamised and traumatised by management and fellow union staff .
