Dissatisfaction with service from Soshanguve Municipality Water Department

I am very disappointed in the service provided or lake of from the City of Tshwane Municipality Soshanguve district.

We have been reporting a water leak from the outer main water meter for a while now and we have been sent from pillar to post with no satisfaction of any sort.

All we have been given are reference numbers and yet no one has been dispatched to attend to the rising water in front of our residential property.

My mother who is the home owner and the person residing in at home has had to endure the discomfort of having a constant rush of water in front of her gate.
