Dispute on Waste Management

We have been receiving notifications of an account that is in arrears because of waste management, however our complex uses an independent waste removal company and not City of Tshwane's bins. The account is coming to our address but is not addressed to us. We have submitted the supporting documents as requested to prove that we use a private company but we are still getting the messages for final demand and credit control escalation. We need urgent assistance please.
