Good Day Angela, Based on the latest account statement, it is clear that our previous email correspondence has not been attended to, as the amount of R13,640.00 still appears on the account and reflects as payable this month. As previously communicated on numerous occasions, we are simply not in a financial position to pay R13,640.00 in addition to the monthly amount of R1,909.53 and our current month's usage charges. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve this matter, the account remains unchanged.
