Dispute D-D919/2 no feedback in 23 days?

I purchased a property in 2017 after the previous owner obtained and paid for a clearance certificate. In the beginning of this year I had to reapply for a bond due to a separation, and now all of the sudden, I had to pay R7268.73 for the previous owners account to obtain my clearance certificate. I need this refunded to me and billed to the correct person as its ******* to hold me liable for someone else's account. I logged a dispute (D-D919/2) on the 10/04/2019 already and to this day have not received any feedback
