Disgusting Service delivery

I am so highly dissapointed at the lack of service from CoT. I have a logged a call on Friday the 03rd February 2022. For power outage. I do not know how many times I have made calls and was told the technician is already out to fix the problem. Clearly this technicians and CoT dont care how their lack of services is affecting us. They are so quick to switch off service when you are few days behind. But it's their fault to fix they don't care. Ref 3058 of 2/3/2023. Please help us deal with this.
