Disgusted about of the over 20% increase on rates and taxes

I did not receive any notification that the tshwane municipality will be increasing the reates and taxes in an access of 23%. This is daylight robery.... I will not the increase. Frankly why not is that I have never received and increase of 23% and I work like a slave. I have not seen a reason why you deserve a 23% increase as I still see suridge running down the streets and water leaks. Nothing much has changed since the DA came into power.. I lie the rates and taxes did. I'll continue to pay that what I rate is fare which is and was the amount I paid last month.
