Disconnecting electricity without notice

They disconnected my electricity yesterday without any prior notification and did not even leave a notice as to why it was disconnected. According to the mayor they are supposed to deliver a notice, giving you 14 days to rectify your account, but this was not done. I know of people that were disconnected where the notice giving 14 days and the notice of disconnection were handed to residents at the same time which means that they had no time to rectify the situation. This is bullying tactics which should not be allowed
