Disappointing Service delivery standards

<p>I amongst 10 other passengers where involved in an accident this morning at 07:30. We've been sitting in this hospital for 4 hours straight, not being attended to. What people get to work and do is so disgraceful. We didn't ask to be here and it would be nice if people showed loyalty to their jobs like they do to their salaries. </p>
