destroyed my car when they burned clr house

Good Day<br> <br> Can you please assist me. In 2013 my car was stoned by community members who burned down my brother's house in Soshanguve block XX. My brother is a councillor and I had parked my car at his house not knowing that the following day while I was at work the community will destroy my car, now my car was written off and I am still paying the rest of the instalment. I want to know what can I do in this situation?<br>
