Deliberate sabotage

On Wednesday 17 Feb 2016 our power went out at around 15:00. The municipality's electricians were working on the power meter box across the street from our house. They removed the 80Amp circuit breaker from the box and left. We contacted them and got a ref no 326/17 from them.<br> Our municipal bill is not in arrears, and the breaker was working perfectly. There was no reason at all for this malice act of sabotage.<br> I have an internet based business I run after hours, and with out power I am losing money by the hour.<br> How will they compensate me for the loss?
