**************** - INCORRECT BILLING !!!!

<p>I am so surprised with my bill this month from Tshwane. I was paying water at the most R500.00 every month and and this month from nowhere I have to pay about R3 000.000. Nothing has changed on our consumption.</p> <p> </p> <p>On enquiry from City of Tshwane I was told that all along they were estimating and now they took the actual readings. Apparently the actual readings they took are from the 3rd of March to date. I am so surprised because I have been paying my bill according to their invoice they issue every month. Their people always come and take the readings from our house every month and now all of a sudden they advise me that it was based on estimates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please help me to understand the bill because the difference is so much R2 500.00 from R500.00 even if it was based on estimates.</p>
