How in Heavens name can one buy R500 Electricity and get 208 units and still be charge a amount of +/- R64 what is it for we didnt ask for this, the City is ripping us of and this will cause a massive problem at my community "Eersterust"

The city needs to sort this story and give our R 64 back as everybody is complaining about it, this will cause another strike in Eersterus mark my word.
