Good day, My mom is having problems with our municipality she pays electricity every month but on a monthly basis, she's being told that her bill is in arrears. The house is only a year old and she has been having these issues from the moment we moved in. how is it that she pays on a monthly basis but shes in arrears. She now has to resort to lending money to pay these arrears that she knows nothing about! she deserves a refund because it is not right that the electricity is always blocked this is utter nonsense. We demand a refund for all this heartache that is being caused to her, she's an old lady I mean she doesn't need this stress. You need to have this sorted out.
