CUT POWER BECAUSE THEY ARE *********** TO TAKE METER READINGS

Acc *** We have captured our water meter reading in August because they estimated the water and electricity for almost a year now, We could not captured the electricity reading online because the box was locked. They have the used the water reading as electricity reading also, Now we have a account of R36488 were our monthly average is R5000. We paid R5000 for Aug Sept and Oct whilst we requested them to fix their mistake. We did ask them already in August to go out and take the correct electricity reading. Now on 15/10/2019 they just went and CUT THE POWER. We have people that rent and they have no power. This morning 16/10 - Mandise told me that they will only be attending the reference ***) on 20/10? This is unacceptable. This tenants have children and what is going to happen with all the meat etc. in their fridges if the electricity has been cut. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WE NEED THIS POWER ON TODAY STILL!!!!! CALL ***
