Cut our power 3 days before due date

Some Meter **** comes round and cuts our power 3 days before the payment due date. now been on hold for 26 minutes trying to sort it out and get it reconnected. Couldnt pay online as they were convinced that my card number was not right (it really is) They also \estimated"our power usage at more than Double the normal monthly usage for the last 12 months"
