Customer service department, POOR S****S

I have been waiting for a technician to come fix my box for 4days to date no one has bothered coming to my home, a number of people have called using the ref no but i am still not assisted. Call centre team USELESS (customer service) they all say different things to different people who called regarding my issue and assured all of us that the nstter will be sorted. I reported in the 7th today is the 10th.
