Complaint on Tshwane no delivering on calls logged

Tshwane service is none excisting. No electricity for 19 hours and still counting. If it rains you can forget about anything happening even if it was report before it rains. If you phone all you get back is they working on it but we can see they not working on it because they nowhere in site.
