Complaint about water

I have reported a problem at Tshwane Call centre agent stating that we do not water since Saturday I have reported on the 16 October 2017 they said their turn around it's 24 hours to get help even today we stl do not have water and I ma using my airtime to call them I have been taken from pillar to post by the consultant the worse consultant it was Tebogo she kept quiet on the line while I was talking to her kindly assist m staying at Olivenhoutbosch
