complain about tshwane municipality

<p>I' Justice Luzuko Mhlwana, got problem with poor service of Tshwane Municipality, I've been complaining about being over charged on Electricity it's been full 2 years now I don't get any assistance, all they do they send me left and right to centre, <br />Last time back last year they did charge me R12 000.00 for Electricity. I did complain asked them to come and open the box so that I can be able to take readings no one came to open the box until I Pay the whole R12 000.00 as I was just about to finish paying that last month I did get R10 000.00 bill still complain send E-mails no one assisted me, this month I had a total out sending of R33 000.00 like really even a Bussines doesn't use so much electricity <br />I did go to the Branch several times and the is a Guy by the name of Rasta who is also a union representatives shame he is always busy for the customers, I went to him several times no assistance I even ask his superior but they said he is the one, he promise to call me and arrange people nothing instead when I'm calling he don't pick up the phone for the whole day if you might be lucky he picked it up he will tell you that he is still busy with the union meetings, question is what about the customers. <br />I'm asking for an assistance to this matter really any one who can assist can contact me on ********** 096/ ********** 809 or can E-mail me on ********** **********
