Complain

I'm being taken for a ride by City of Tshwane claims department, since i have submitted my claim end of January 2020 till today they never came back to me even though they promised to come back to me before mid March before LOCKDOWN and now no one giving me any advice nor respond on my query please help me with this issue/matter.
