Claim 4 months later no payment!!

On the 19th of December 2014 a municipal worker smashed my car's rear windscreen with a stone from his ****eater. I drove with the worker on the same day to his office and submitted all the relevant documentation for a claim. I have sent quotes and emails to no avail. I have beent old that I need to follow up with Walter Ndlovu and been given the contact number of *** but the call never gets answered. This is ridiculous now! Over 4 motnhs later and I am still waiting for them to finalize this claim. Their ref no is 10/4/1/15/008 Digovich C
