City (****ty ) of Tshwane Municipality *******

It has come under my attention that the ******** activity the City of Tshwane municipality is conducting itself with. After a broken meter which I reported to them, I was estimated an amount of 14 000 on my electricity bill for 6 months use over and above the estimated amounts that were made during that time. According to them, they can charge you the amount without proper explanation of how the estimates was done, and then force you to pay that amount in a p[eriod of 60 days. They also admit that they made a mistake and do not come back to you. Our Ward councilor (DA) by the way is just as useless; I am centurion by the way.
