This is unacceptable since 5 am without power it is now 11:20 and still now power. This is how people get treated and money is ****** and owed and yet people who pay bills must suffer and no action taken to be able to keep schools running and business owners take loss whilst its a big joke people losing lives because all is down and you can do nothing.

City of Tshwane you have failed us all.
