City of Tswane the worste municipality ever!!!!

8 calls over 4 days and no technician coming out to check the box outside. No electricity in the house which a private electrician confirmed. They treat you like ******* and bee telling me for 4 days to wait my turn. A technician was assigned Kohotso Magale but give stoey upon story why he isn't attending to the issue. Shame on everyone from the vall center agents, their supervisors and technicians. It's just proof that they think they are above the law and the decide what to do. Meat in the fridge going off which we bought for Christmas. So rude, put the phone down in your ear qhen the say 'wish, I don't know ot is not my job.' (Case number 817/20)
