City of tswane is a play house whn u employed there

On Friday at 20:30 I have reported my electric meter box that is not working and I don't have electricity, it's more than 60hour waiting for help. This people and they work with is not for people but they work as they like, I could do better, unfortunately when we apply they just hire,, they whole tswane management must be reshuffled, I'm tired of poor service and my food all of it is rotten,on the 19th of March I called again to meter department, a lady said they closed a call but nobody came to my house to fix, now she say technician have knocked off tht ws around 19:30, I hv to log another call n she hung up the fone on my ear, ppl who works for city do as they pleased they dnt hv management, I'm so disgraced with city of tswane Municipal.
