city of tswane electricity service slow

my meter packed up yesterday and i logged a call... i was told a technician would come out to replace the box but its a day an a half later and still no one came to my house.. i phoned 4 times today and they keep telling me someone will come and that they will inform a supervisor about my case.. but nothings happening and i sit with 3 small children...
