City of Tshwane, Worse than Ever

We had a power power failure on 30/10/2018 at ±21H20. I reported it at 21H22, and got a reference number 13338/30. I Phoned on 31/10/2018 at 08H55, only to find that NOTHING has been done about this. It has not even been given to the Technician yet.

I Pay my Water and Lights, So why can I not get service.

I thought when Pretoria became DA, it would go better - BUT IT JUST GOT WORSE.

I have been battling with Tshwane now for more than 2 years regarding a dustbin, and still nothing has been done about this.
