City of Tshwane WONDERBOOM 3 busses leave the commuters stranded

Can City of Tshwane Municipality assist us, the WONDERBOOM 3 (THREE) buses are so not reliable in the afternoon, In the morning, they take us to work, and that is appreciated. However, in the afternoon, they leave the commuters stranded at busstops with no warning. This usually happens on Fridays, and of lately, during the week. Yesterday, the 16h00 bus did not show up. The 16:30 bus also did not show up. We then waited for the 17:30 bus, but ended up taking Wonderboom 4 around 17:30 , which drops us off far away from where we stay. This has been going on for far too long, we are being treated as if the Municipality is doing us a favor, please be reminded that we PAY for your services. Also, be considerate and remember that we are also rushing back home to assist our children with homeworks and take your job seriously.
