City of Tshwane water and sanitation

i arrived late around 17h00 last night and reported after struggling to get a consultant to send technician, no one came.

contacted councillor Petrus no response phone and whatsapp messages have not been read

this morning i called was told workers start at 07h00 and will arrive at my place 07h30 right now it's 11h51 still waiting. wrote emails they said thank you for logging a call and matter in progress for how long

wrote to mayor email bounced back and kingsley the other two email went through but no response

please post this message DA let municipality is failing or can i say it failed

Good morning

I am disappointed with the services of the municipality.

Yesterday when i got home at 17h00 i found my water meter overflowing i am not sure when this problem started.

I called over & over including so called emergency numbers was answered by an automatic answering machine until 21h10 when Patricia answered the phone.

She promised to report and i thought since it's an emergency technicians will come.

A friend gave me councillor Petrus cell phone i called no response even whatsapp & videos. A friend send through my videos.

This morning at **** i called fortunately Philadelphia answered gave her my frustration story and she then said she has escalated the matter to her supervisor & workers start at 07h00 & will be here around 07h30.

I wonder how many litres of water is wasted from last night until now while waiting.

I am not going to be liable for this account i know i have credit in my account.

What happened to emergency or is that just a word.
