CITY OF TSHWANE - WASTE MANAGEMENT

I have been trying to solve a problem on the City of Tshwane's Waste Management billing for over a year now with no success. The block of flats that I manage has employed a private waste removal company which is paid a fraction of the price that C O T charges. I have been trying to cancel the service with the COT since June 2019 Mr Louis Makhubele is giving me the run-around and nobody else seems to be able to solve the problem.
