City of Tshwane, the ******s!!!

In 2015/16 was ****** by City of Tshwane. They changed the electricity meter to the flat that I was renting without my knowledge. The bill was very high about R55000 or so. I went to query the amount and the changing of the meter system. They took me from pillar to post. Emails were send back and forth. They ended up reducing the amount to R5000 of which I queried as well. I went to the Meyer's office at that time and it didn't help as well. So I happen to buy a new house during the time of the query. Suddenly I saw that they have transfered the R5000 into my new account. I was forced to pay the R5000 because they wouldn't let me buy electricity for my new house. City of Tshwane ****** me day light for something I don't know. They even refused to give me my deposit when I moved out of the flat that I rented. I want justice to be done with this matter.
