City of tshwane terrible service

it's been 24 hours without electricity and the matter has been reported to city of tshwane but nothing happened and when they call them they say they are on their way , imagine in this cold weather having to bath in cold water and still go to work , it's dark and u can't even have a cup of coffee to warm yourself , come on city of tshwane pull up your socks
