City of Tshwane *****s refund

I am due a refund from the City of Tshwane after selling my property. I sold my property more than 2 years ago and have on numerous occasions queried about my refund but never receive any feedback from the City of Tshwane. It is just so frustrating dealing with this municipality as their service is just non-existent.
