City of Tshwane services is horrible.

After load shedding the power comes on for 2 to 5 minutes and drops again. Many times it only comes back after 10 to 12 hours. People work from home and have kids trying to study. This is just past ridiculous. Try calling the call Centre and the number says it is unobtainable or just makes weird sounds.
