CITY OF TSHWANE ******* CLAIMS DEPARTMENT!!!

I lodged a claim on the 8th of April 2019 for two tyres which were damaged by a pothole in Silverton.

I lodged the claim with Mamsy Mahape who is in charge of claims at City of Tshwane. The claim was then confirmed by Winnie Maluleke and a reference given to me.

It has been 5 months of me trying to follow up and no one answers their phone calls in the claims department. I have sent 3 emails and none of which get rep**** to.

I have lodged a claim before and that took less than 3 months to solve.

It is very disheartening to constantly be trying to get a hold of people and no one reverts back. This is obviously ****!
