City of Tshwane Pathetic Service Delivery!!!

After reading in a local Pretoria newspaper, that residents in Pretoria East could claim for food losses, etc due to all the power outages that had been occuring, I went ahead and submitted my claims to Walter Ndhlovu aka Mbasopeni. He is based at the City of Tshwane, Legal Depaetment. This was way back in May of this year. To date I have not had a response from him on my numerous follow up emails. He has never acknowledged my claims. I have tried without any success to reach him telephonically. He is never at his desk, no matter what time of day you call. I spoke to the receptionist as well, whom on 2 occassions said he is on a coffee break, and will definitely return my calls and attend to my requests. It is now 6 months later with zilch from this guy. Talk about pathetic servic delivery!!!
