City of Tshwane Municipality.........the fast track to Psychosis!

City of Tshwane Municipality are hopelessly dysfunctional and inconsistent. I continually struggle to pay my municipal account because of not receiving the bill in the first place. It does not arrive either by post. email or SMS most months and then I get a demand for payment threatening disconnection of services in a note left at my gate! All attempts to remedy this situation have failed. Going to the office in Person, e mailing the municipality and phoning have all made no difference despite assurances from more customer services people than I can count. I have attempted to set up a direct debit but Tshwane say I must go to my bank and my Bank say I must go to Tshwane ! The final straw is registering with E Tshwane with the vain hope that this may help but the online system is equally unhelpful and send one round in circles. It is literally enough to drive one raving mad !
