City of Tshwane Municipality re connection nightmare

on Friday 31st of May a re connection call was logged. Over the weekend numerous calls were logged at the call center, all they do is escalate the request. Visited the Municipality credit control on Monday evening, they confirmed that the electricity will be re connected on Monday evening.
