City of Tshwane Municipality poor service regarding water pipe burst next to my water meter box

Hi There,

I am very disappointed with the service I get from City of Tshwane Municipality. Water pipes burst next to my water meter box. I logged a call on the 16th April 2019 and up to date they have not attended to it. Water is flowing on the streets day and night. When I call to follow-up they promise to come but they never came.
