City of Tshwane Municipality Pathetic Horrible

Worst service ever received. The service is horrible the staff are unprofessional and unable to perform their job. Ref Number 211/8. I reported the incident on Thursday at around 18:00. I'm unable to load electricity as I'm getting an error 30 on my Landis Gyr meter box. The call center consultant inform me that a technician will respond within 24hrs. 48hours later and I'm still waiting. The service is horrible the staff are unprofessional and unable to perform their job. I have using my cell phone to call the call center and on two occasion the call consultants literally drop the phone while we were speaking.
