In the day and age of caring for the planet. You need to produce a statement in order to make payment????? If you want to pay a deposit for rates, you need to present a different statement??? Printing various statement for someone whose going to punch that information into a system does not make sense.

I should be able to produce my id and they use my id number to bring up whatever they need to bring up without adding to environmental hoes that we are facing.

Totally unacceptable.
