City of Tshwane Municipality is a HUGE let down!

I’m a resident in Arcadia, Pretoria. So we lost our power on Wednesday evening around 23h30....today is Sunday 28 Oct 2018 (4 days later) and still no electricity. We’ve been calling their Call Centre and of course we’re being sent from pillar to post! I think the biggest shock to the system was their response on Friday, where I was told they’re short staffed because of a sports day!!!!! Are you kidding me?

Mind you, I have a 1yr old baby; a diabetic mother and no hot water or food! ALL my meat and other groceries have now gone off! I was first patient; then I got mad; then I calmed down again! Now I’m just plain frustrated, especially at the level of incompetence I’ve been experiencing. What a bunch of losers really!
