City of Tshwane Municipality - *********** and pathetic

Sorry that this is not a positive review about them but enough is enough - *********** and ******* is not the word for them. For more than 4 years I take my meter readings every month and send it through the meter readings department with a photo of each meter as proof that my readings are correct. Last year October a pre-paid meter was installed after a year waiting for installation so their is no electricity meter reading as I am on pre-paid. For 2 years I have been connected on Bore-hole water; totally disconnected my household off municipality as their is always issues - either a burst pipe in the area / water restrictions / water is so filthy you can't even bath in it let alone drink it - cost me a fortune but we connect our household onto full Bore-hole supply. Suddenly from July 2020 - The City of Tshwane Municipality starts invoicing me for Water and sanitation - even though my meter usage as never moved for the past 2 years - They never answer their phones or emails and refuse to remove these extra charges off my bill - they very quick to ***** our money but wont rectify their errors - going to the offices to sort out the account cost you just getting infected - they have no respect or interest in rectifying their errors - *******ion and lining their pockets is their only interest... Please is there anyone in the Municipality that is honest and helpful? The only way they will assist is to ***** from those trying to make a living.
