City of Tshwane Municipality failing to attend to my electricity shutdown

I have logged a complaint with City of Tshwane Municipality on the 03 June 2019 about the electricity cut off at my house as am using prepaid supp**** by them. I have not received any form of communication from the city up to now well my family is not safe and we sleep in the dark every night.

I fear for my family's safety as the alarm is not working anymore and we live in a dangers neighborhood. My children are not able to study for exams and this is taking a toll on everyone in my family as my business is not doing well anymore because of lack of production.

My family's life has come to a standstill because of this experience. please, I plead with anyone that can help me. I have been calling them every day crying for help and all I'm getting is that someone with come and addresses my issue.

Now, this has come to a breaking point.
